يُمنح الإذن مجاناً لأي حوزة أو مدرسة علمية أو مؤسسة تعليمية دينية، ولأي فرد، باستخدام هذا التطبيق وتنصيبه وتشغيله ونسخ نماذج Excel الخاصة به، للأغراض التعليمية والإدارية غير التجارية، بالشروط الآتية:
1. الإسناد: تبقى عبارة «برمجة وتصميم: الشيخ سجاد الغراوي» وإشعار حقوق النشر هذا ظاهرين في التطبيق وفي أي نسخة أو جزء جوهري منه، ولا يجوز حذفهما أو إخفاؤهما أو نسبة العمل إلى غير صاحبه.
2. عدم البيع: لا يجوز بيع التطبيق أو تأجيره أو تقديمه خدمةً مدفوعة أو إدخاله في منتج تجاري إلا بإذن كتابي من المؤلف.
3. التعديل وإعادة النشر: لا يجوز نشر نسخة معدّلة أو إعادة تسميتها أو تقديمها بهوية أخرى إلا بإذن كتابي من المؤلف. التعديل للاستخدام الداخلي في الجهة نفسها مسموح مع بقاء الشرط (1).
4. بيانات المستخدم ملك لمستخدمها: السجلات التي تُدخلها الحوزة تبقى ملكها وحدها، ولا يكتسب المؤلف أي حق فيها، ولا تصل إليه.
إخلاء المسؤولية: يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون أي ضمان صريح أو ضمني. هو أداة مساعدة للحساب والتنظيم،
والقرار الرسمي (الإنذار أو الحرمان أو غيرهما) يبقى من صلاحية الجهة المختصة وفق تعليماتها النافذة.
ولا يتحمل المؤلف مسؤولية أي خطأ في الإدخال أو ضرر ينشأ عن الاستخدام.

Permission is granted, free of charge, to any university, college, institute, academic department or individual to use, install and run this application and copy its Excel templates for non-commercial educational and administrative purposes, subject to the following conditions:
1. Attribution: the credit "Designed and developed by Sheikh Sajjad Al-Ghraoy" and this copyright notice must remain visible in the application and in all copies or substantial portions.
2. No sale: the application may not be sold, rented, offered as a paid service or bundled into a commercial product without the author's written permission.
3. Modification and redistribution: modified, renamed or rebranded versions may not be published without the author's written permission. Internal modification within the same institution is allowed, provided condition 1 is kept.
4. User data belongs to its users: records entered by an institution remain its own; the author acquires no rights in them and never receives them.
